  • Token-Based Credit System: Each AI assistant interaction consumes credits. High-computational tasks (Zoning, Code Compliance, Technical Specs, AI Renders) consume 2 credits. All other standard functions (Letters, Reports, Quotes...) consume 1 credit.

Klysia organizes work by "Projects" (located in the right sidebar of the application).

  • 1 Create a Project: Click the in the project list.
  • 2 The Importance of Address: Always enter the project address upon creation. The assistant uses it automatically for all localized documents. It will also appear in the professional header of your exported files.

Zoning Analysis (Localized) 2 Credits

Instantly extract buildability rules from complex local urban planning regulations.

  • Auto Data Mode: Simply enter the full address. The assistant queries official planning databases to analyze regulations without manual document imports.
  • Manual Upload Mode (PDF): If digitized data is unavailable, upload the PDF planning code, then enter the zone name and address manually.
  • Output: The AI generates a clear summary table (Setbacks, Height, Parking) with verbatim evidence extracted from the code.

Code Compliance (Fire & Accessibility) 2 Credits

The assistant audits your floor plans like a certified building control officer.

  • Action: Upload an image or PDF of a floor plan.
  • Vital Settings: Select the building type (Commercial, Residential, Office...). Enter the occupancy and Projected Headcount. The assistant will strictly calculate required Exit Widths (UP).

Acoustic Expert 1 Credit

Verify plan compliance according to national acoustic standards.

  • Action: Upload a plan and specify the external environment (e.g., High-traffic noisy street).
  • The assistant identifies potential conflicts (e.g., a restroom adjacent to a bedroom) and recommends specific partition STC ratings.

  • Write Specs: Select the type of work and trade packages. The AI drafts a comprehensive, prescriptive document including relevant building codes and standards.
  • Analyze Specs: Upload an existing PDF specification. The assistant audits it to detect missing normative requirements or regulatory gaps.

  • Action: Upload the floor plan and specify the gross area and ceiling height.
  • Result: The AI creates a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) listing all trades and mathematically calculating estimated quantities for each line item.
